About the Attorney

Attorney Jessica White started her own practice in 2019 to help immigrants live and work in the United States. She wanted to help small business owners understand the intricacies of immigration law and provide them with the expertise to transfer and maintain a multinational workforce.

Prior to starting her own practice, Attorney White worked for several immigration law firms in the Houston area. She represented families and individuals along with corporate clients. Attorney White served as an Associate Attorney for one of the largest immigration law firms in the United States, where she assisted with employment visas for managers, executives, and skilled professionals.

Attorney White attended Villanova University School of Law, where she worked for the Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic. She also interned at Community Legal Services of Philadelphia in the Employment Unit, and at Friends of Farmworkers, a legal aid organization in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) in both the Arizona and Texas Chapters. Attorney White has appeared on the immigration news program “Coming to America” on Houston’s KPFT radio station.

When she is not practicing law, Attorney White enjoys supporting candidates for local offices, designing and creating art, and spending quality time exploring the outdoors of Arizona with her young son.
