About the Attorney
Attorney Jessica White has practiced immigration law exclusively since 2013. She is a native of Texas and a graduate of Villanova Law School in Pennsylvania. She moved to Tucson, Arizona in 2021 and has been active in the Arizona legal community since then.
Attorney White has represented companies in various industries including restaurants and hospitality, agriculture, mining, medicine, engineering, retail, maritime, and oil & gas industries. She has practiced business immigration full time since 2015, and enjoys helping individuals and companies with their visa and immigration needs.
She serves on a number of professional committees for the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association (AILA). She is the current Secretary of the Arizona AILA chapter and serves on the National Member Engagement Committee.
When she is not practicing law, Attorney White enjoys gardening, hikes, and spending time with her family.

- Volunteer Lawyer with Lone Star Legal Aid, 2016- Assisted victims of Hurricane Harvey by connecting them with information and resources for disaster relief
