Jessica White, Founder & Managing Attorney

Attorney Jessica White

Attorney Jessica White is devoted to assisting entrepreneurs, companies, families, and individuals with their complex employment-based and family-based immigration matters. Serving clients in Tucson, Arizona and across the United States, Jessica White Law, PLLC, advises and represents on a vast range of topics, including adjustments of status, naturalization, E-2 investor visas, EB-1, -2, and -3 employment-based petitions, National Interest Waivers, and much more. (View a complete list of practice areas here).

Jessica launched her legal career representing Spanish-speaking clients in removal defense, asylum, and humanitarian matters at a firm in Houston, Texas, gaining extensive courtroom and motion practice experience before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

These roots forged her compassionate determination to help her clients — particularly small businesses — navigate complex regulatory frameworks, which she does with clarity and confidence. Known for her thorough preparation and detailed responses to government Requests for Evidence (RFEs), she advises businesses on I-9 compliance, audit preparedness, and strategic immigration planning to support workforce mobility and long-term growth.

Prior to founding her firm in 2019, Jessica practiced employment-based immigration law at the Houston firms Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, and Monty & Ramirez LLP, where she represented multinational corporations and growing businesses across diverse industries such as manufacturing, oil and gas, professional sports, retail, finance, agriculture, and hospitality. Proving equally adept at large-scale projects, Jessica has supervised legal teams, managed high-volume caseloads, and successfully responded to PERM audits, USCIS RFEs, and appeals.

She is an informed and inspiring speaker in support of her commitment to help employers proactively manage immigration compliance. Notable past appearances include the Leadership in Law Podcast, 90.1 KPFT Houston’s Coming to America radio program, and, in 2025, a presentation to local Tucson business owners on I-9 compliance and best practices.

Jessica is admitted to the State Bar of Texas, is a member of the National Immigration Litigation Alliance, and currently serves as the Secretary for the Arizona Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), reflecting her ongoing leadership and engagement within the immigration law community. When she is not practicing law, you can find Attorney White on the hiking trails around Tucson with her son’s cub scout troop or taking care of her garden.

Joaquin Bravo Villanueva, Case Manager

Joaquin Bravo

Joaquin Bravo Villanueva is the firm’s bilingual Case Manager. He supports clients through every stage of the legal process with clarity and compassion. He is thorough, diligent, and provides essential support to keep our client’s cases on track.

Before joining the firm, Joaquin previously worked with two different immigration law firms in Michigan and Florida, where he worked on humanitarian visas. He is a licensed attorney in Mexico with experience practicing before the Federal Courts of Mexico. Joaquin studied Constitutional Law in Mexico and later pursued studies in Organizations, Communities, and Nations at the Complutense University in Madrid, Spain.

He is actively involved in public service, having been elected as councilman for his hometown of Zinacantepec, Mexico on two occasions.

From Joaquin:

What I like most about practicing immigration law is the difference I make in people’s lives. I know from my own family’s experience how difficult it is to navigate between countries and cultural differences to create a life in a new place. Our clients place their trust in us at some of the most difficult and stressful moments of their lives. Being able to use my professional skills to guide clients towards stability and opportunity in the United States is very meaningful for me.

When Joaquin is not diligently working on client cases, you can find him cheering on his home soccer team, the Cruz Azul (Blue Cross).

At Jessica White Law, we are proud to offer the binational and bicultural experience of our team to provide thoughtful, informed, and culturally competent legal representation. Our priority is your success.
